Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sits atop a hill with breathtaking views of Lake Chapala. The open-concept layout features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large balcony with patio seating—perfect for sunset views.
- Master bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom
- Second bedroom: Double sofa bed (sleeps 2 comfortably)

Ajijic is a colorful and charming lakeside town filled with cultural richness and natural beauty. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please note the following:
-No smoking (including vapes or marijuana)
-No illegal drugs
-No parties or gatherings; quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
-No pets, except service dogs (please inform us in advance)
-Only registered guests allowed; no unapproved visitors
-One towel set per registered guest
-Turn off AC when leaving
-No hanging clothes on balconies or windows
-No glass near the pool area
-Use of BBQ area must be requested at the office (9 AM–2 PM)
-Tennis equipment not provided
-Clubhouse use rules apply, including no food/drink on pool tables, appropriate attire, and supervision of children under 14
